In addition to our fellowship, IFE now also has a sector-specific Cohort Program, an innovative six-month leadership development engagement designed specifically for Black C-Suite leaders. Our program is committed to fostering a strong sense of community and connection among participants, offering both intentional and organic avenues for collaboration, and providing individualized and confidential coaching to support personal and professional growth.
1. Build Community and Connection: We aim to create a vibrant community of Black C-Suite leaders fostering connections that transcend organizational boundaries.
2. Facilitate Collaboration: Through our program, leaders will have the opportunity to engage in collaborative endeavors, sharing insights and best practices to drive collective success.
3. Provide Coaching: Participants will receive tailored coaching sessions to enhance their leadership capabilities and navigate the complexities of their roles.
4. Improve Outcomes for Black Learners: We are dedicated to empowering leaders to make meaningful improvements in outcomes for Black learners, addressing systemic challenges and driving positive change.
In February 2024, the EdTech Peer Cohort was launched. Our current cohort members will spend six months engaging in deep community-building, peer consultancies, executive coaching, and technical skill development.
