Erin Adamson is a highly relational educator and project manager with over eight years of experience in teaching and facilitating programs for diverse audiences in both higher education and nonprofit organizations. Currently, she serves as Program Director for Innovation for Equity. In this role, she provides capacity and network building opportunities for senior leaders through leveraging her commitment to equity alongside her strong expertise in program management and leadership development. Erin believes in the power of transformational education to create social change and is passionate about eradicating structural barriers that prevent people in our community from accessing certain resources and opportunities. Erin earned her B.A. Spanish from Spelman College and her M.A. in English-Linguistics from North Carolina State University.
